A theme is a tool that dictates the overall appearance of your website or a blog. You can customize the look of your website by downloading any theme of your own choice.
In this article, we will show complete steps on how to install the theme on the WordPress dashboard.
Step 1:
Firstly, simply login to the WordPress dashboard. We have shown in our previous article how to Login to WordPress dashboard.
Step 2:
In the next step, go to Appearance from the navigation menu.
Step 3:
Now click on Themes, then on Add New.
Step 4:
Here in the Search bar, type the name of your concerning theme. The list of related themes will appear or the same typed theme will appear.
Click on Install to install the new theme to your dashboard.
After installation activate the theme. The New theme is ready to customize your website’s appearance. You can also add the pre-downloaded theme to your WordPress website dashboard.
